Acne treatment service
Acne is a skin condition that develops as a result of hormonal changes in adolescence resulting in blotches, greasy skin, and scars. The condition of your skin will normally improve over time. It may persist and become a concern for some people in their late twenties, thirties, and forties causing a lot of stress.
Acne may clear up with the appropriate treatment. There are several acne remedies available over-the-counter at your local drugstore. Before you take any prescription medicines, we advise you to try these. If they don't work, you may need a prescription for creams/gels alone or with oral antibiotics.
Acne can appear in a variety of ways:
- Pustules (bumps with a white or yellow head)
- Nodules (bigger and sore red bumps)
- Comedones (whiteheads and blackheads)
- Papules (red lumps)
- Pseudocysts (bumps with a small amount of fluid in them, like a cyst).
Based on the kind, location, and number of spots, acne is classed as mild, moderate, or severe.
In order to examine your acne, we'll need two clear pictures. You can use the camera on your phone. You can upload these pictures when you are filling out the questionnaire.
